Did you see Albert Brooks documentary? It came out last year, and it’s called “Defending ‘My’ Life, and it reminded me how funny it was, even today, despite having seen it so long ago.

😂 I've been saying Cool Beans since the 80s and I don't really know where I picked it up from! It can mean anywhere from no problem, great, awesome, brilliant, sure, to cheers (in my case!)

This resonates … the jolt came for me about 6 years ago when I realised my comfortable middle class life wasn’t doing it for me any more and I needed to live and regain my independence.

My alarm rarely go off, and if does, I usually switch off it and saying to myself it is only stay sleeping a minute to wake up after an hour, taking my clothes quickly to catch up with a taxi or mini bus. Best regards.
