Funks are funny things. I find that when I notice I’m in one, I pause and get curious about it. What am I feeling? What was the thing that made me feel this way? Why? And yes movement helps! Solo dance parties are my go to when I can’t seem to move through something.
Lou, I agree about negative emotions being more contagious than positive ones. I actually read that in a book just recently and it stuck with me. Luckily humor is a great way to disperse with negative energy. It's like ripping the black-out curtains off the window frame to let in strong beams of light. I gotta remember that more often.
